The venue is incredibly beautiful, clean and the location is best possible near tourist attractions, parliament hill, the Parliament Buildings. I appreciated respectful personnel that ensures guests have a great stay. Late check out too.

The bed was cozy and the restaurant was great and had lots of food. Double room was well-kept and had an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. The breakfast was fine and reasonably priced, all in all food was delicious. Central location, excellent home base for discovering Ottawa. Besides, the area was great, next to Eagle. It was very comfortable time in Ottawa.

The location of the hotel was central downtown - at a near distance from Sparks Street Mall. There was a good restaurant, a market and shops next door.

Good value, I had a memorable stay. Plenty of different food for English breakfast. The staff were unobtrusive and the pool was heated. Had free hot cocktails, whiskies and coffee in the main bar. A fantastic beach, excellent view.
Facilities were well-kept, though internet was terrible.
