The staff is perfect, the breakfast wonderful, the ocation is awesome right by the touristy market area. This hotel is centrally situated, within walking distance of attractions. Downtown Ottawa district deserves your attention.

Nicely appointed and fairly clean place with a very friendly lobby. The hotel was centrally located very close to Supreme Court of Canada.

The continental breakfast was enjoyable with delicious omlet and reasonably priced. The service was good and the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The venue is incredibly beautiful, clean and the location is best possible near tourist attractions, parliament hill, the Parliament Buildings. I appreciated respectful personnel that ensures guests have a great stay. Late check out too.

Wonderful location and rooms, I really enjoyed its essentials. The bed was very clean and it was great having iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk.

The location of the hotel was central downtown - at a near distance from Sparks Street Mall. There was a good restaurant, a market and shops next door.

Ideal place for discovering Ottawa. We were greeted by affable, so efficient staff. There was an exquisite bar with very good service.

Outstanding breakfast, very very helpful staff, comfy beds. We greatly enjoyed the convenience of the queen room, as well as coffee machine and big windows etc. Five star location - walking distance to the shops and a market. It made our trip to Ottawa a LOVELY experience.

Good value, I had a memorable stay. Plenty of different food for English breakfast. The staff were unobtrusive and the pool was heated. Had free hot cocktails, whiskies and coffee in the main bar. A fantastic beach, excellent view.

Hotel was deluxe, staff was friendly. There's dana's indian cuisine within 5 minutes walk or so, really enjoyed their menu. Rooms are good sized and very clean with central heating, an ironing set and a work desk...

The room was good sized. Canadian museum of history was placed just 1 mile from the hotel. Downtown Ottawa district wo n't disappoint you;)))
